Products and Services

We specialize in premium silk fabrics, providing bespoke designs and wholesale orders tailored for B2B clients across various industries, including fashion, interior design, and more.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped based on mutually agreed-upon timelines and terms. Delivery costs and timelines will be provided during the order process.

Customs and Duties

The customs clearance, taxes, and duties are subject to the agreed Incoterms. We offer the flexibility to discuss and negotiate the terms of who handles customs procedures.

If agreed upon as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): RS Textura will handle all customs clearance, taxes, and duties on behalf of the buyer.

If agreed upon as DAP (Delivered At Place): The buyer will be responsible for managing customs clearance and paying any applicable duties or taxes.

RS Textura will provide all necessary documentation, to assist with the customs process.

Force Majeure

RS Textura is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, designs, logos, and catalog content, are the exclusive property of RS Textura. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any of these materials is prohibited.

These terms are subject to change at any time. We will notify clients of any significant updates.
